Starting from First Supply to over 3500+ installations in a short span of just 11 years, FIVE FINGERS emerged as a Distinguished Market Leader in Manufacturing & Exporting of machines in Non-woven Medical Disposable, Bag Making, Offset Printing and its allied Sector. Being an Engineering Graduate Mr.A.Ananth, Mr K.P.Arunkumar, Mr M.Mohamad Imran Badusha started this venture in October 2011 with the utmost desire of becoming India’s topmost Company in exporting and supplying of Machinery in Printing, Medical Disposable and Packaging Industries.
After finishing our graduation in 2011, we had started FIVE FINGERS with an investment of around 2, 00,000 as a partnership in just 200 sq. feet, our milestone marked from here. Being first-generation Entrepreneurs, we had to face a lot of pressure and questions from all corners. It took almost 5 years for us to cross the struggling time in this business, by learning through failures. But we didn’t let down our hope and we took more and more effort to make our dreams come true. In the initial 5 years, we had learned thoroughly the technical of each machinery. During that time, many factories and colleagues who had running the same business in our state invites us for doing service and repairs in their factories. After some time, we got a lot of Enquiries for spares and services. Then we started to stock the spares which are necessary to repair those machines, especially ultrasonic equipment in huge and trained 15 technical staff who are travelling with us in this journey from starting to till the date.
Clients who are satisfied with our service support started to ask machinery and one of our prestigious client, M/s. Amit Packaging gave his first order in 2015. After that, he purchased more than 25 fully automatic bag making machines from us. Initially, we promoted our machinery in all parts of our state, then interstate and now we are exporting it globally. We had supplied machines to all states in India and exported them to many countries like Nepal, Srilanka, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico, Canada, UAE, South Africa, Tanzania, Iraq, Iran and Egypt. In this 9 years of journey, we had promoted our machines to more than 3000 companies globally. Initially, we had to wait for more than 25 days for just Rs.250 worth of spares from china. For resolving that wait time and client’s stress, we had trained 15 technical staff in an efficient way for doing service support, assembling Dismantled machines, identifying and rectifying problems, repairing ultrasonic’s in the client factory itself. Wherever we are supplying the machines, our technical staff will give demo training in addition to supplying spares for the constant running of machines. As a leading Non-woven Machine spares suppliers in India, with more than 12000 different spares, we are now meeting our client’s requirements as well as others who purchased machines from other suppliers.
